The sweet sounds of memories
Haunting harmonious melodies
I dream of a girl, Polish Teutonic
While I listen to soft sounds euphonic
The lull of the rhythm enthralling me
To dream of dreams as I want them to be
Caressing my ears with sweet serenades
Whilst daylight to twilight gradually fades
The notes strike so clearly the chords of my heart
The keys play on emotions and tear them apart
In symphonic ecstasy I reflect
On all the things I’ve managed to neglect
I just want to tell you again and again
I love you so much and will till the end
The piano fades into the distance
Please don’t leave me alone in the silence
