I study algal growth
Making algae obese
Growing them on sugar
And the extract of yeast
But while they’re growing up
Consuming lots of sweets
Their nitrogen runs out
While sugar’s still replete
They store it up as fat
For nitrogen’s return
This makes biodiesel
For our engines to burn
