Methanol, benzene, acetyl chloride
To make fatty acids methylesterified
An hour long, hundred degree incubation
Tighten the caps to prevent evaporation
Water phase separates the final solution
And hexane provides a nonpolar dilution
Inject the nonpolar to the GCMS
Then I go home and try to get a little rest
